The Harju brothers started Sulaa Saunas in 2023 to honor the legacy of their dad, Rocky and a long line of Finnish builders. From the laplands of Finland to the Northwoods of Minnesota, the Harju name has become synonymous with quality and tradition.
Sulaa Saunas are built in Hermantown, MN with the highest quality material including red cedar, mineral wool insulation and a water impervious foam insulate floor. Our glass is always tempered and your choice of single or double glaze. LP SmartSide and metal roofing is used to ensure a beautiful yet enduring exterior. Each sauna is customized to the needs of the customer and delivered to your home or cabin. We will work with you to make sure you have a sauna that is built to last (and extend) a lifetime.

The Harju name goes back all the way back to Finnish reindeer herders. Deep in this tradition is the wood fired sauna experience. When we say it's deep in our bones, we mean it.
